How fast will I receive my eSIM?
Your eSIM is prepared as soon as payment is confirmed. You'll receive confirmation by email and Instagram DM with your eSIM profile and simple installation steps — usually within 2 minutes.
Which networks do you support?
We currently support Zong, Telenor, and Jazz. You choose your preferred network on each package before checkout.
Is there a QR code?
No. Unlike most eSIM providers, we install your profile directly on your phone through a secure digital handshake. You don't scan anything.
What if my eSIM doesn't work?

What about PTA registration and device blocking?
PTA blocks phones that aren't biometrically registered after 60 days of use. eSIMs are a practical workaround for short trips and data use — because the eSIM isn't tied to your device IMEI in the same way a physical SIM is. This is especially useful for tourists, business travellers, and Pakistanis returning for short visits.
For long-term use inside Pakistan, please check PTA's latest regulations. The current policy (as of August 2026) allows up to 10 free eSIM transfers with an initial issuance fee capped at Rs 1,500.
Do you offer refunds?

Our promise
If your Lumi eSIM fails to activate due to a technical fault on our end, we refund you in full — no questions asked. We believe that's how a service like this should work.
When you are eligible for a refund
- Your eSIM never activates due to a fault in our provisioning system.
- You are charged twice for the same purchase due to a payment error.
- The package you receive is materially different from the package you ordered.
When you are not eligible
- Your device is not eSIM-capable, and you completed the checkout without the compatibility check flagging it.
- Your eSIM activates successfully but you change your mind.
- Your eSIM is blocked by your network provider for reasons unrelated to Lumi.
- You've already used part or all of your data allowance.
How to request a refund

Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 working days, back to the original payment method (Easypaisa).

1. Acceptance
By purchasing an eSIM from Lumi, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Service description
Lumi sells prepaid eSIM data plans for use on Zong, Telenor, and Jazz networks inside Pakistan. We are a reseller and are not affiliated with these network operators.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract to purchase from Lumi. You must provide a valid email address for delivery.
4. Payment
All payments are made via Easypaisa through our secure payment gateway. Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are final at the time of purchase.
5. Delivery
Your eSIM is delivered digitally to your provided email address and Instagram DM. Typical delivery time is under 2 minutes but may take up to 30 minutes during peak periods.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Lumi eSIMs for unlawful purposes, including fraud, harassment, or any activity that violates Pakistani law.
8. Limitation of liability
Lumi is not liable for service interruptions caused by network operators, PTA regulations, device incompatibility, or factors beyond our control. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the eSIM.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version is always available on this page.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
